Late Policy

At Woodland Eye Clinic, we’re committed to providing every patient with exceptional care — and that means staying on schedule.

To help us serve you and others effectively, please review our Late Arrival Policy:

Arrival Time:

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

If You Are Late:

  • Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment.

  • We will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee same-day care if your arrival affects other scheduled patients.

Please call us if you're delayed. We may be able to adjust your appointment or offer alternatives.

Repeat Late Arrivals:

​​​​​​​Multiple late arrivals (3 or more within 12 months) may require special scheduling considerations to ensure fairness for all patients.
